Have been looking at recipes for low carb bread and some of them include a mixture of almond flour and coconut flour. Am I right in thinking coconut flour has a lot of carbs?
No, it has less carbs than ordinary flour. Some coconut flours have as little as 21g carbs per 100g and you only use a small amount in recipes usually.
