I'm actually going to make this thread about me.
I'm just being very paranoid and i didn't know where else to post this.

Just under 3 hours since i've eaten, i was cleaning up, nothing extreme.

I became a dizzy, light headed, i felt quite sick and i was sweating.
I used my sons blood kit just to check (as i do when i become very paranoid) my blood sugar was 3.9.

Anything to worry about?

Hi,

I wouldn't worry, it is normal to be under the range without D, I often feel shakey when I miss lunch/too busy, always have. Have checked my BGs before and have had a 3.4 and a 3.8 🙂

No, this is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. As a non-diabetic your liver and pancreas work to make sure that you don't drop much further than this (maybe down to 3.5 mmol/l). You could still benefit from having something to eat though! 🙂

Thank you both of you...i worry too much.

Its a natural thing to worry to much when your dealing with a child of 21 months who is diabetic, you start to look for things that are not there, its bad enough looking after oneself. I admire you mums, you are all hero's
Make time to eat. 😉
