Low Blood Glucose Alarm

Having flicked through the new Balance (which I haven't really got round to reading yet), I spotted an advert for the above from a company called Med Page Ltd. (p70). Having got money for Christmas I am considering getting one, but wonder if anyone has tried it or has any more info on it. I have had a look here and there on the web, but there wasn't much there in relation to its accuracy/ease of use - or rather there were bits and pieces but I'm not sure I am convinced yet.

Any thoughts/info will be gratefully received.

Looks like you wear it like a wrist watch and it detects excess perspiration and drop in body temperature.

Don't think I'll be rushing out to get one though.

My temperature fluctuates hugely at night, as do my perspiration levels, but not because of my BG levels - I suspect it would be going off several times a night for me!😱
