I seem to have total loss of control at the moment, don't know where to start to put things right. I am in touch with DSN and we have decided to reduce my basal by 2 units to try to stop the hypos/reboundiing highs. Last night I did this and my BG was 11.3 before bed, tested at 2am - 4.7, left it and this morning it was 6.8 on waking.
Yesterday afternoon my BG was 9.6 2 hours after lunch but dropped to 4.4 by 4pm meaning I would have been hypo if I didn't test then.
If I get the NR right for a good BG mid-morn/mid-afternoon I always drop before lunch/tea. I don't really want to have to resort to snacking between meals unless I really have to, not always the time (or the want to do so).
Any ideas much appreciated.
