Looking to buy a Type 2 Diabetic necklace

Hi all, I am a 61 year old type 2 diabetic recently relocated from Cape Town, South Africa. I am looking for suggestions/advice as to where I can buy a necklace indicating my diabetic status and details. In South Africa we had MedicAlert which supplied all sorts of wearables and I was hoping there was something similar here in the UK. I will be so appreciative of any guidance. Thank you in advance. Medic alert is available in the uk. Perhaps give them a ring and change your details or do it on line.
