Hello,

I am a MSc Health Psychology student from the University of Central Lancashire. I am currently running a study to explore the relationships between mood, quality of life, health behaviours and risk perceptions to determine whether these differ depending on length of diagnosis of type two diabetes.

If you are over 18 and have a diagnosis of type two diabetes please follow the link below to the questionnaire. Questionnaires can take around 15 minutes to complete.
