Iv just got home from work and tested my bloods as usual and I’m usually 5.0 but today it was 3.7, i feel fine but not sure what to do is that an ok level? Never been That low before x

If you are not on medication lowering drugs then you should be fine as your lever kicks in and releases glucose, but a warm drink might help - I find that a pot of licorice and mint tea is warming after a cold journey and even though it has not got any carbs in it it seems to revive normal working. You might prefer coffee with cream or even a small amount to eat - but as long as you feel OK then let your body sort itself out.
If you start to feel dizzy or light headed or confused then that is another case entirely and eating as soon as possible would be advisable.

Aw thank you, iv just had a coffee and some tangerines, going to have my dinner soon so will test again later.

While a reading of below 4.0mmol/l should be treated as hypoglycaemia in someone taking blood glucose lowering medication, by eating carbohydrate, it's different for people not taking such medication. In that case, no need for action. If you feel at all fuzzy, a few jelly babies should sort the feeling.

As the others have said, because you are not on any medication for your diabetes you don't need to worry about the number - it falls within the range a non-diabetic person might see, and can be raised slightly with a custard cream or similar if you feel at all light-headed 🙂 Looks like you are doing really well!
