Hello everyone!

I'm a researcher working at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. I'm currently working on a project about the history of T1D and how (and why) its treatment has changed since the middle of the twentieth century. I'm very interested in speaking to anyone who has been living with T1D from about the 1970s or before - and additionally any medical professionals who have been involved with it over the same period. In particular I'm interested in how people with T1D and medical staff have assigned responsibility over certain aspects of treatment, and determined the overall goal of insulin therapy.

I'll keep keep it brief here, but if anyone is interested please send me a private message and we can discuss things in more detail!

Cheers,
Stuart
