Really struggling at the moment which on top of diabetes is such a struggle

This place is great for diabetes and plenty have experience of mental health

Was wondering if anyone has any leads ?

MIND was my first thought too @Taffyboyslim

Hope they have some resources that help you.

Have you tried any of the ‘refer yourself’ talking therapies / counselling sessions?

Are there any voluntary groups based in community centres etc near where you live? Sometimes there are helpful opportunities just round the corner, that you may not know about.

I have found a community centre in the next town . It has a weekly chatty cafe .

Seems like a good place to start

Thank you

Wish you all the best. Others have given good advice.
