Unlikely....there was a thread a few weeks ago about people using DUKs name on advertising

I will leave it someone from admin to give a definite answer but I very much doubt it. There is a lot of unauthorised use of DUK logos on stuff advertised on social media ( see the thread at the top of this board) so best treated accordingly. If you check out the web address you will find Leaneluxes is based in Hong Kong - don't let the Union Flags mislead you into thinking it is a UK company. Almost certainly a scam.

Well with that being flagged.
Anyone got a recommendations, I really have problems sticking to a diet, looking for tips. I haven't a lot of time to my self, as a truck driver i start very early 5am work 11 - 13 hours a day, I'm exhausted over the weekends, when I do sleep I have to use ear plugs the wife rattles the windows....
11 month's ago I lost 20kg now put 10 back on.
I have absolutely no motivation, my brain just shuts down I tried CBT but fought every step.
You can't blackmail me with I'll look/feel better because I couldn't care less....
Think I need to be locked in a cage ?????

My husband used to keep me awake until he was diagnosed with sleep apnoea and given a CPAP machine to stop the snoring. It might be a good idea to get that checked for your wife as it can put strain on the heart to breathe properly.
I don't look on my way of eating as a diet - and weightloss was effortless as I wasn't even trying. I simply avoid carbs but eat anything else, just about.
I settled on two meals a day, morning and evening as then I don't need to worry about finding food when out of the house. I would usually eat before leaving or take an insulated bowl of breakfast with me. I find that having a good nutritious breakfast makes the rest of the day a lot easier to cope with, no matter what it is.

My apologies I didn't mention i am coeliac and very recently dairy free which is absolutely killing me, I used to eat 1/2 lb a week......
All GF foods are loaded with extra fats and sugar to make them palatable....
My guts HATE ME !!!!!!
