Hi - It's been a while since I was last on the forum. I hope everyone is coping and doing well. Myself, I have been OK, still the weight loss is coming along great, and the walking as well. 🙂 . I got some work in the weekend....YIPEEE!!
Hopefully, it's the start of better things financially 🙂 🙂 Went to the doctors yesterday (Monday), and my blood pressure was 138/78 I have never had the lower reading below 80. Dr told me the pain I sometimes get in my side is muscle pain, and may be attributed to posture and weight-loss. Also, go advice on reducing my Anti-depressants. 🙂

On another note, I really believe that complimentary therapy combined with Medical is extremely beneficial to me. I had to change from within. For years I was in complete denial about my weight/diet and other issues. Yes, I was diagnosed with diabetes and depression, however if I didn't make that first step and accept that I had to make the changes, and if I didn't get the support and guidance from the forum.....well NO MAN OR WOMAN IS AN ISLAND.... Ignorance is bliss ...yep, until the problem gets worse, Ignore the problem and it will go away....RUBBISH to that as well... I just make sure |I got my boxing gloves on to go through the tunnel.......

Wise words indeed Rustie 🙂 Good to hear about the work, and your ontinued weight loss and reduction of medication, keep up the good work my friend! 🙂
