Happy New Year

Just passin by to say hi to the people who remember me lol yes im still alive and I havent forgot about you lol

yes I completed the course in september, was great !

im still weighing away lol but starting to remember the foods that i eat reglarly.

its been alright, not been well past week so got antibiotics and been drinking lots of water to keep those dam ketones away lol

meant to be going back to work tommorow but dont know if i should

got a check up on the 11th of jan so will find out my hbac1 since the dafne course so fingers crossed.

hows your sugars been ? all good in the hood ? lol xxx

good luck for the 11th u must come bk and let us know the results.
mine have been adequate for me anyways managed to get passed first xmas with D and new year as well altho i did have a drink , but hey why not

Hope you are happy with your A1c, just remember that you are getting to grips with all the new principles.

Go back when you feel that you are well enough to work, hope that is soon!

How's work going? Hope you're having less hypo's than you were a wee while ago.

so I guess you recommend the DAFNE course, might sort one out second half of this year, gonna be pretty busy next few months! Or at least I hope so!!

yes im finally rid of my cold but for how long lol

yeah works fine, yes its much better now, i have defo seen a difference since the dafne course.

yep go for it 🙂 its worth a try.

so wot u got planned for the next few months???
