Hi all, i was diagnosed yesterday, type 2 😡 age 54 and counting.
Hi Welcome to the forum, I'm sure you will find lots of information to help you. To get you started have a look at the Learning Zone (orange tab at the top) and also this link which has good ideas for a way forward to finding a new dietary regime. https://lowcarbfreshwell.co.uk/

A bit more information about your diagnosis would help people target their answers to your situation. What was you HbA1C and are you on any medication, do you have much GP or diabetic nurse support. There are various things that should be offered like eye retinal screening and foot checks.
