Yes and then after 1 year you lose it again or you have to keep paying money.
I don’t remember there ever being a “free” version of the app, it was always buy it or don’t have it, so I hope the basic version is the same as that. I don’t know how we survived without it in the first year or so (although mostly used the book, which we were given free when daughter got her first pump), but rarely need it now so if after the year it’s rubbish then I’ll ditch it, i’m not paying that much for something I’ll only use once in a blue moon.
Im with you @Sally7, the book was more useful to me and when they demand a subscription I’ll just let it lapse, I think a lot of people will do the same
