Good luck to all the swimmers, on Sunday! Hope to see loads of spectators there too!!! Hog roast, raffle, tombola, cakes stall, face painting and diabetes UK goods for sale. 10.00am onwards, swim begins at 11.00am. Any willing sponsors can send money to Diabetes UK Cymru or on the day!
Thanks a lot for all the support we've had so far, especially to Jayne, Andy, Carol, Julie and the Graham family.
