Can anyone recommend a book (or android phone App) that lists low GI foods for when I am making choices in my food shopping? thanks
 
Hi Try Amazon for book but not sure. Can reccomend few items for you
Burgen Soya + Linseed bread usually buy from Morrisons or tesco and Iceland Fruit low GI plums,pears,cherries
