I have the receipts for the stuff Ive already bought and can chase it up.

It really is funny that Ive now got Two, Ive emailed them and pointed out the error,

Are you a 'lefty' because you received two...or because you told them🙂...what a waste of time & money really...do ask for those charges you've paid to be refunded...no idea why it takes so long to get the certificate...perhaps they sent you two just to make up for the delay.

Complaining about Govt agencies these days likely does cause some to think your an ungrateful scrounger, you know, those who send the children away to school, or have blue water in the toilet!
