Relationship to Diabetes
At risk of diabetes
Yesterday I felt light headed and so today I ate less whole grain bread, would that be the answer, because I feel better today. ?

I don’t know @starfish212 but it could be, I suppose. It could be lots of other things too though, so do take it slowly and carefully in case you feel light-headed again. Make sure you’re hydrated too.

It might depend on what you had instead of that whole grain bread? But as @Inka says, anything could be responsible and it may not be linked to your diabetes at all, especially as I see you are only in the prediabetic range ie."at risk".
Pleased you feel better. If you are not already doing so, keeping a food diary of what you have eaten and drank as well as how you feel and any exercise/activity you do might help you to identify links with feeling wobbly or dizzy with possible causes. Making one off correlations or assumptions can be misleading. Diabetes is all about spotting patterns rather than responding to individual events.
