Hi,

I am flying abroad soon. Does anyone know if it is okay to pack LIBREFREE SENSORS in your luggage? Or is it better to pack them in your carry-on bag?

Thanks,
James

The advice is to usually to keep any medical stuff in your hand luggage, just in case something goes missing at the very least.

Abbott also suggest you are fine going through archway metal detectors, but I think they recommend not going through full body scanners.

Pump manufacturers say the same, so I generally ask the security staff for a pat down, which they are happy to do
:)

EDIT

Every day is a school day! Libre is fine through a full body scanner. It’s the other tech I’ve got that is a bit more nervy :D
