Hi - is anyone else having issues with the libre 2+ falling off before the 15 days - I've had 2 fall off at 7 days and my current one isn't due to be changed for 7 days and is holding on by a thread. I've had to put an over patch on it but I hate them!

Mine are fine. Are you using an alcohol wipe before use and also shaving any body hair at the device area?

Single use alcohol wipes are unnecessary (and not great for the environment). Their purpose is to ensure your arms are clean and grease free before applying the sensor so that it can stick to your skin. Washing with soap does the same thing as long as the soap contains no moisturiser.
The other thing I find is important is placement. Make sure the sensor is not placed on a curved or bending part of your arm. This was a mistake I made with my first sensors. Being a climber, my upper arms flex quite a lot. But sensors do not bend or flex. As a result, they would start to peel off and once the peeing starts, it is difficult to stop it.

Is the sensor peeling away from the double sided pad still stuck to the skin. Or is the actual tape lifting from the skin with the sensor?

At this time of year I find my skin can be quite dry and flakey so wondering if that may be the problem, that you are applying it to dry flakey skin which is then sloughing off. I always exfoliate as well as wash before drying really thoroughly and applying.
I am not on the Libre 2+ yet but my repeat prescription has just been changed, so expect I will find out in a couple of weeks if there is any difference in adhesion. That said, I got into the habit of using an arm strap for my Libre sensors to give them extra protection and I found that really great for keeping them secure. I got mine from a seller on ebay and it looks a bit like a watch face cover with an adjustable elastic strap. Never lost one since I started using it and they take some prising off when they have ended.
