Does anyone else have issues with low glucose alarm not going off during the night. When I go to bed I turn my WiFi off and leave everything else the same but my alarm only goes off after I've woken up and tested my levels. Not really useful. I use a galaxy S10! I kneow previously my phone has been set up to go into sleep mode and nighttime mode but I turned all that off.

I’m probably not the best person to ask as I use the reader for my Libre, and I’m a complete technophobe.
But, one thing I notice about my phone is that when I put it into Aeroplane mode to disable the Wi-fi, it automatically disables Bluetooth as well, and I have to switch it back on manually. Is this happening to yours? The Libre sensor alarms communicate via bluetooth, so it needs to be functioning.

I also am no expert, but I have noticed that when I turn my wi-fi off during the day due to being out and about and the wi-fi being poor, I receive continuous alarms for loss of signal even though my phone is in my pocket and well within the Bluetooth range, so I am guessing that wi-fi connection plays some part in the Bluetooth communication.

I spoke to Libre about not getting alarms & they told me that there can be a problem when other devices are connected to the phone via Bluetooth. The connection works best when the sensor is the first thing or only thing connected

Hell have few devices connected to Bluetooth on phone, ear pods & medi nav in car being 2. Still get alarms so wonder if it depends on phone manufacturer or something.
