Hello my son has been recently diagnosed type 1. We have being using libre 2 for the past 6 weeks with no problems. But here before when we scanned it beeped/vibrated twice then showed the result straight away, now it only vibrates once, shows a blue circle turning with 'scan sensor' flashing and there is quite a delay before results come through. Any ideas? Thanks
 
Hi @mrsclairej, welcome to the forum 🙂 I'm sorry to hear that your son has been having some trouble with the libre 2. Probably a lot to get used to with the new diagnosis.

Have you contacted Abbott?
Their 0800 number on the box (and their website) is usually helpful.
 
Someone on this forum somewhere said the other day that there was a problem with the latest app update, that they’d spoken to Abbott who said they were working on a fix. But I can’t find who said it or in which thread. So definitely worth ringing Abbott and getting them to talk you through any problems.

It was @Pattidevans and I believe Abbott may now have fixed the update problem.
 
Thanks all for the response. Been in touch with Abbott and said the same working on a fix, issue seems to be with android phones.
