Libre2 came off during the night

I had a very restless night and I woke up to find my Libre2 monitor has come off. It had got 11 days left on it. Will Abbot replace it if it was a perfectly functioning monitor but got accidently knocked off?

They should still replace it - there's even an option on their online reporting form:

I've never called them - just use the online reporting tool:

Hello again, @DancingStar. Do please let us know how you got on - ie whether Abbott did replace your sensor.

I'm sure you must be really busy, particularly with your Mum and her health issues as well as your abrupt transition to T3c in Dec '23. How are you getting on generally and how is your Mum?

Hopefully you’ll get a replacement sensor @DancingStar

Abbott do seem quite good at replacing ones that don’t run pretty-much full length.

Exactly the same thing happened to me 3 days ago and there was no quibble at all about replacing it and I expect the replacement will arrive tomorrow.
I normally wear an arm strap to support/protect my sensor but it broke a couple of weeks ago. I haven't had a single incident like this since I started wearing the arm strap over 2 years ago and then lost one straight after it broke, so I will definitely be buying a replacement arm strap.

I think you might try a patch - I found it prevented me knocking of sensors … there are quite a few varieties on Amazon, including some in bright colours. About £9.90 for 20 …

I use these in the summer (when sweat can make the adhesive not work as well) - never had one fall off

I use a piece of rock tape
