Usally Parcel Force but my last 2 deliveries gave not come in the normal van. Also last order dispatched within 24 hours but about 5 days to be delivered.

Parcel Force but I've always had a text on the day to give a 1 hour estimated delivery slot xx

Ah thats really handy. it can be so frustrating to have an 8am -6pm delivery slot - especially if you have other errands to run!

well my replacement was despatched 26th and the last one took a week so was quite surprised to get a text from them yesterday to say it would be delivered between 13:17 and 14:17, granted they were late but were before 14:30 so not too bad lol xx

I have never had a text and can never get the tracking to work. The previous 2 orders I had, had the delivery when my online account was still saying in progress.

Yeah.

You just need to set up an account with ParcelForce (or the post office). It’s possible to do it accidentally as I did, but you may have to do it deliberately. I always get delivery texts with an approximate hour for delivery.
