Hi Guys,

Is anybody experiencing difficulties with there app on iPhone currently? My old sensor fell off whilst playing football. I’ve applied a new one, when I scan it finds the new sensor. Asks me if I am happy for the new one to start and it won’t let me press the Yes button! Very frustrating.
I know they have recently done a update on the app but it was all working fine!

Hello, I have been having similar problems today. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I’ve been able to scan the new sensor, but now the sensor is ready to use I’m having issues trying to press anything in the app. Having to keep closing the app down and restart it
 
I am using the app in a Samsung and have not had problems so far.
 
Might be worth contacting Abbott so that they are aware that users are experiencing odd behaviour with the app?
 
Like @SB2015 I use a samsung and have no problems, from what I've been seeing on Facebook groups though it isnt actually anything to do with the app but the recent iOS update xx
 
Before ringing abbott or uninstalling installing app worth just restarting the phone, phones just like pc's can freeze malfunction & restarting soon sorts things out.
