Hey does anyone know how time in target is worked out? Don’t know how I was only 83% time in target from the scans I’ve attached them if anyone knows why?

I’m not sure exactly what your asking. I don’t know why it’s 83% particularly, but you weren’t 100% in target. Where the orange bars are at the side of the listed readings, you were below the lower limit set on the program, and you can see on the graph that the line goes below the green shaded area of some of the time, when your readings are in the 4s. It looks like your lower target limit is set round about 5. (it’s hard to tell on the small screen, but you should be able to access what parameters you’ve actually set) so all your readings in the 4s come out as ‘below target'

As Robin says, your green shaded area is your target parameters and you dip below that green meaning it's registered as not in target, that's why your scans in the 4's are a different colour, the scans in green are in range xx

Great looking numbers either way James!
