Libre sensor not working

I have just fitted my second llibre sensor and it has stopped working? Very frustrating, not to mention the high cost of £50.00. Anyone else had this problem. Did anyone get their money back? I'd appreciate any advice. I thought these sensors were really going to help me monitor blood sugars? So disappointing.

Don’t panic. Abbott are very good at sorting problems and replacing duff sensors. Just ring them tomorrow and explain. They will take you through some checks. On the rare occasions I have had one go wrong theybhave always replaced it. I have been using them for two years now.

Aye ring Abbott straight away they're pretty good at sorting things out. Don't forget to have your reader to hand when you call.

They will also need the batch number too, so dig the box out of the recycling.

I found out last time that all the info they need is hidden away in the reader.
So don’t worry if you have lost the packaging.
