My iPhone has stopped being able to scan my libre sensor.
Apple have said to delete the app and reinstall? When I go to do that it says all my data will be lost!
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Will my data be lost? I have my review next week and it’s important my consultant can view the data he has the link to share but I don’t know if he has accessed it yet?

I have already replaced the sensor once because I thought it was a faulty sensor!
I self fund so it’s getting expensive!!

If you have registered your Libre account, Libre data is stored in the cloud for your diabetes team to access.
You (and they) can view your data through LibreView.com
Your data is not on your app or your phone.

I assume you have checked that you did not accidentally disable NFC on your phone?

Thank you so much @helli I can try and reset the phone now and keep everything crossed!
it was going so well with the Libre until now!!
