Does any one use Libre Link software for Libre, do I need a another cable to download or will the one that came with reader work?

Do you mean to upload the data to your Libreview? if yes then the cable supplied with it for charging does that, I very rarely use my reader though so I don't know how easy it is to upload xx

Yes that is it thanks. I have manged to do it ta. Tried downloading the app to my phone but it would not scan. So deleted the app.

what kind of phone do you have hun? xx

I have a Samsung Galaxy 7,I was not planning on using the phone. Since posting I checked the Abbotts website compatibility, it appears my Android is aleast 2 or more recent versions to what they say.

I use my Samsung Galaxy A7, easier to just carry that instead of my Libre reader as well as everything else, plus it automatically uploads your info to your Libreview, it can be tricky at first trying to find the NFC chip in your phone to scan it but its a doddle for me now xx

It found it, I registered it, scanned the sensor and kept coming up scan again. It seemed to register on the Libreview as device . I have deleted the app from my phone now.

Had another try , and downloaded the app again did manage to get it to scan but the reading does not seem to sync with Libreview on my laptop.

Have you updated the reader? If not there will be a difference in the algorithm used on the reader and phone.
(I am hardly an expert having only got it working today). I am getting differences because of that, but the reader update bit warned that if I updated it in the middle of a sensor I would not be able to continue with that sensor. Waiting until the next one.

by sync do you mean the scan from your phone is not showing on your libreview? It needs your internet on your mobile to be switched on before it automatically uploads to libreview so is your internet on? xx
