Libre link and new phone

I had to replace my phone today. All transferred across, and it will scan my sensor OK. However, for some reason, I can't link it via Bluetooth, so it's sending me a loss of signal alarm every 10 minutes. I can switch that off overnight, but am concerned it won't sound low glucose alarm. My DNS suggested changing the sensor, but that's not worked. Any othser suggestions val
 
You could try restarting your phone and turning Bluetooth off and on again , to reset the connection.
 
Check Bluetooth is turned on for libre in the settings on your phone.
