Libre firmware update

I have just received an Email from Abbot asking to update the firmware on the Libre.

If you have an old meter it will not update as it is incomparable with the new firmware. You will need to contact customer services and they will send a new meter out to you. Details on the link below.

One very important thing is DO NOT try and update the meter with a sensor connected to the meter as the sensor will no longer work after the update.

I asked if they wanted the old meter back and they said no, and it was still ok to use for finger prick testing.
