I tried to apply my first libre sensor on my own this morning after being shown by my disbetes nurse last week.
When I went to apply it the mrchanism won’t press down and is stuck.

Is this something I have done or is it faulty?
I have just successfully applied a new one I got from my gp surgery just now, and watched the youtube video that looks like how I tried to do the first one.

I don’t know wether to report it as faulty or not.
