Anyone use one, just wondering if they are comfortable to wear in bed. Is ebay the only place that sells them, any other recommendations with free p&p. Thanks.
Hi. Have you tried Funky Pumpers? You can order stuff VAT free if certain criteria met. I don't wear one. I use Rock Tape from above company. Good luck.
I don’t bother, I’ve never had a problem with a sensor in bed, apart from sleeping in a position that causes pressure on the sensor, which sends results haywire, usually low. That could happen whatever else you wear.
Mind you, I once slept like a log with a 24 hour Blood Pressure monitor on my arm, so I’m not really in a position to comment about the comfort of a simple armband.🙂
The chip under the skin has already been developed, it’s not wishful thinking. Just Google Eversense.
There is discussion of it hereLooks good, 180 days sensor life is not to be sniffed at. Cheers.
One of the main barriers, as I suspected, would be the cost of having it inserted and removed.
Can’t be any harder to do than the rod type of contraception? There is discussion of it here

including reviews from a couple of people who have actually used it. One of the main barriers, as I suspected, would be the cost of having it inserted and removed.
No, but that lasts 3 years, and is available on the NHS. Paying privately every six months would add up.Can’t be any harder to do than the rod type of contraception?
