Is anyone else having difficulty scanning their novopen 6 to the Libre 2 app since the recent Libre update? When I scan a pen for the first time it downloads between 500-700 “new doses” and then the app just crashes and I get a white screen. I’ve tried deleting and re-installing, restarting my phone etc. Abbott customer services are telling me to ring novo nordisk and novo nordisk are saying to ring Abbott!!! So at the moment I am just not scanning my pens.
