Hi I’ve changed my Libre for the first everything working no error message but my glucose number is not changing it say 2.9 which I’m not and it been like that now for 3 hours
Will it start working or have I done something wrong
Any advice would be fab

Have you done a finger prick test to check as that would show if it is a problem with the Libre, but even if there wasn't you would want to do a finger prick anyway if it shows so low.
Double check that you have gone through the correct steps.

Hi yes the finger prick is 5.6 so not that low
 
My guess would be that the filament has kinked during the application process. I would expect it to eventually give you a message to say that there is an error and it needs replacing. If that hasn't happened before tomorrow morning then contact Abbott and they will likely replace it, but I would give it a bit longer to see if it is going to pull it's socks up first. Sometimes just threatening to report them to Abbott will do the trick. 😉
 
Did it sort itself out?
 
Abbott will replace it if you ring the helpline or use the online reporting system. They may request it's return, and will send prepaid packaging if that is the case, so don't throw it out until you have spoken to them.
