My current libre is running slightly lower than my fingerprick, only by around 1 mmol , but today it decided it would go a bit lower and was 2 mmol out , gave me a false hypo earlier and when I checked my levels later to do my bolus before my evening meal libre said 6.5 , 1 fingerprick said 9.5 double checked with another finger and that said 8.5 . I went with the 8.5. Just shows that all the people complaining about libre inaccuracies that your fingers aren't always accurate either.
