Hi, hope everyone is ok.
I just started a new libre sensor 2 but it says alarms not available. Alarms worked perfectly with my last sensor.
I've checked all notifications & Bluetooth & its all on.
Can't understand whats wrong. I rely on my libre for low sugars through night as I've been having them often lately so quite nervous about alarms not working.
Any advice please as its too late to phone diabetic nurse. Wondering if i should change my sensor but it seems a waste of money.
Thank you.

Hi. Have you looked at the box? It may be a Libre 1 and not 2. I ordered a Libre 1 by accident as the Abbot website is badly designed when it comes to selecting a sensor to order.

Did you start the sensor with your phone or the reader?

100% libre 2. I took it off & replaced it as i was too nervous to sleep without alarm. Which luckily i did as i had 3 minor hypos lastnight
