Libre 2 - Connected Apps

Hi, looking for some advice. Our son has started using Libra 2 sensor and the consultant mentioned this morning that my wife and I should link with his Libre account in order to monitor his blood sugar.

I watched a You Tube tutorial on how to do this and when I went to Connected Apps in the drop down box there is a yellow triangle and it says that the feature is unavailable.

Can anyone help.
