Has anyone ever tryed his sauces, im attepmting to use one tonight the carribbean stew with chicken boiled brown rice, i was tempted to go for the reggae reggae but think it would of been too spicy.

Hope it behaves with my BS's

We've had this and it can be a bit spicy , we can cope with a touch of it in cooking but too much would be over bearing ! all depends on your spice tolerance i suspose , and im a bit of a wuss 😱

I've got a whole jar of it too add to the chicken breasts

Good luck , no you might enjoy it like i say we are wimps lol :D
