Hi, another question!:D

I have 16 units of Levemir in the morning at 9am. I then take another 16 units at 9pm... But, I eat my tea around 6.30pm to 7pm. Usually before tea I am 4 to 6.

When I test before bed at around 10pm I'm usually between 10 - 15.
Do you think I should have a jab after my tea or should I still continue to do it 12 hours apart?

Levemir is a long lasting insulin. It's not going to help much for specific meals. For that you'd want something faster acting (and shorter) like Novorapid.

So unless you're advised otherwise, I suspect keeping the doses about 12 hours apart is the right thing to do.

You're just on livermir right no fast acting insulin?
