Levemir hurts??

My 3 years old daughter Carly is on novorapid and levemir at bedtime. I was interested to start this thread when she said levemir do hurts but novorapid don't.
So do anyone have the same problem? and why?
 
pH levels I think...........

its lower/more acidic, and so needs to be brought to one similar to the body's own levels, and this is the mechanics of the slower acting element of the insulin........

I have more problems with Levemir than I do with the humalog. Occasional lumps etc. Don't really know why but just wanted to agree that it's not nice!
