IN the run-up to Christmas, Diabetes UK asks families to take part in the Letters from Santa appeal to raise vital funds for charity.
The appeal gives relatives and carers a chance to add a bit of Christmas magic to the festive season by arranging for their child to receive a letter from Santa at the North Pole.
Every letter to Santa is personalised in nine places with the child's details, mentioning their age, family member, best friend and the gift they most want to receive. All letters come with an activity booklet, a photograph of Santa's reindeer and a certificate of the child's good behaviour.
