AN investigation is underway into three confirmed cases of Legionnaires' Disease in Croydon.
All three patients are currently being treated at Croydon University Hospital.
Public Health England, Croydon Council and Croydon Health Services (CHS) NHS Trust have begun an investigation.
In a joint statement issued today (Tuesday) they said laboratory tests have established that two of the cases have different strains from each other, "indicating there is no link between them".
