I have tried registering with the learning Zone, but it won’t accept my email address. I have checked and checked again, tried different machines, tried to surprise it , ….
It just won’t accept my email address even though it is a valid email address.
Any ideas
 
It accepted mine when I first registered, are you sure it's the email address and not the password ?
 
Absolutely sure. I have tried it a number of times and displayed the passwords and they were confirmed as matching. It also flags up my email address in red saying that it is not valid.
 
I appreciate this is a long shot but ... is there a space at the end of your email address?
Sometimes, if you copy and paste a word (or email address), a space is also copied and the validity checker does not remove it.
As I say, long shot.

A second long shot is whether you have registered previously. Out of curiosity, I tried to register to see if I got the same problem. And, it didn't like my email address but gave no explanation. I then realised I had previously registered and tried an alternative email and it worked. So, either it was a problem with email already in use or it doesn't like hotmail.

Sorry to hear you are having difficulty accessing the Learning Zone @SB2015 - hope you manage to get it to work. It’s a great resource.

How long has it been @SB2015, I can look into this for you.
In the meantime, have you tried logging into the LZ again? Have any of the suggestions above helped?
 
A whole day now.
It simply will not accept my email address. I am not sure whether @helli has hit the nail on the head and I may already be registered but tried to trick it into letting me in that way, although I wouod need to reset my password, and still no joy.
I would be glad of some help.
