Just had my results for my yearly check up for my diabetic 2. Pleased with the results. My HbA1c blood test was 48. Foot check & my weight are good. I have never had to take any medications since being diagnosed. Just watch my portion sized meals & exercising, seems to be my way of keeping my diabetes in check.
