In remission from Type 2
Had bloods done last week and wanted to share result. 35, down from 41 in August. No meds for 9 months so I think that's officially remission. Phew - I made it. Been hard going with the diet sometimes but worth the effort, and it's become the new norm.

Have a good day, everyone.

Martin

@Anitram congratulations - this is great news.
How long between diagnosis and remission?

Hope you're doing a happy dance!
Well done!
