I had my review at the hospital this afternoon, good news all round really, lost some weight since last appt in September and HbA1c is still 47 which my consultant was very pleased about. 🙂

Basically told to keep doing what am doing and if I need anything before my next appt in 6 months just to let him know. I'm still amazed that I have managed to get my HbA1c to that level AND keep it there!

Fantastic @sparklestar. Well done for keeping the work up and maintaining great HbA1c.

Sparkle is definitely a star! Well done to get to that level from the high starting point and maintaining it. Just nudging under the Diabetic 48 cut off level so not bad at all! 🙂

You should be very proud of your achievement. You deserve a big pat on the back. Well done! 🙂

Excellent results sparklestar! You must be so pleased 🙂

Brilliant

This is fantastic news. Well done

Thanks everyone, it has taken a lot of hard work and at times a steep learning curve but well worth it in the end!
