Hi all,
I really don't mean to be blowing my own trumpet, but the nurse just emailed me my hba1c result (I'm almost 14 weeks pregnant) .... And it was 5.4% !!!!!! I couldn't believe it !!! I still can't believe it. I'm just so relieved at knowing that the little one has been developing in an environment that's 'as close to normal as possible'. I was expecting it to be in the low 6s and I would have been really pleased with that so this result really means the world to me, not so much for my health but for the baby's health and development 🙂
