Just had my latest HbA1c results and they are 44 (6.2 in old money) down from 59 (7.5) 🙂

Wow! That's a really impressive drop. Well done, the effort had paid off.

Well done Pav, that's a great result.
 
Its been months of work, with very little / no support from the doctors, even getting test strips reinstated took a letter of justification.

Still a lot of work to be done in identifying what I can eat, especially as eating habits are worked around looking after some one who only eats sweet things.
