As I felt a bit peckish and I already had my bread for the day at breakfast. Had some lovely mushroom cup-a-soup and some creak crackers. Just going to have my lovely cup of tea now....what joy

Normally, it would be around 1.30 to 2pm, However, as I am going out I will probably put some vegetarian sausages on the grill to have before I go out. I just make sure I am more active than I was in the past, and try to walk more anytime I can. Not too sure about supper. Last night was codfish and breadfruit and plantain, very nice indeed!

Just checked my email - I can go out much later, early evening. Oh well - what for supper after all........
